Quick Notes
- Please give Rooms498 adequate time to help you find a taxi, at least 30 minutes advance notice.
- Helping you call a taxi is a free service and subject to taxi availability.
- Do not be disappointed if we are not able to find you taxi.
Reminders
- Please note that Metro Manila often experiences heavy traffic, please allocate enough time allowance for traffic.
- Remember to take a Rooms498 flyer with you. It has a map and complete contact information so that you can get back to Rooms498.
Taxi Request Form
- To request for our help to call a taxi, you must sign the Taxi Request Form at the Front Desk.
- Include your cell number, time of departure, and destination.
- Only requests written on the Taxi Request Form will be entertained.
- Please wait at the Lobby for your taxi.
Cancellations
- There is a P100 fee for cancelling a taxi request.
- This is because we have to pay the taxi’s fixed rate for entertaining your request.
- Please do not make a call-a-taxi request if you are not sure.
- Please note that there is an additional P40 charge by the taxi company. Taxi is not provided by Rooms498, we are only helping our clients find a taxi.

Grab / Uber Service
Quick Notes
– We can help you book a car using Grab or Uber application
– To request for our help to call a car, you must sign the Car Request Form at the Front Desk.
– Include your cell number, time of departure, and destination. Only written requests will be entertained.
– Receptionist will collect the respective payment before confirming your vehicle pick-up on the application.
– Non-refundable after payment.
– Do not be disappointed if we are not able to find you taxi.
– We use a Uber insurance online quote for the best insurance for our service.
